Victor Hi -Pro Plus is the high-quality dry food we use. Its nutrient profile is significantly above average and it provides an average proportion of protein and fat and it a significantly below average of proportion of carbohydrates.  This nutrient profile is very satisfactory for the majority of dogs regardless of activity level.  The formula includes a range of high-quality meat and fish ingredients such as beef, chicken, and pork.  In addition to these meat ingredientss, the formula contains a small range of grain ingredients such as Millet.  While we don’t believe grains are the ideal source of carbohydrates in dog food, they only contribute a modest sum of carbohydrates.  The large number of ingredients present in Victor Hi-Pro Plus, including meat and fish, may mean that it is unsuitable for dogs with serious dietary allergies or sensitivities as there are a number of ingredients that could trigger these.  However, With this being said, here at kountryrusfrenchies believe you should start them out on a very nutritious and high quality food   This is one we would happyly recommend
